We are looking for skilled Machine Drivers with good communication skills to join our site teams in Lincoln.

CSCS/CPCS or NPORS Cards with Lifting Ops
Main Responsibilities
A Machine Operator - Wheeled/Tracked & Lifting Ops
Dump Truck Tickets
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveling
- Lifting Boot Beams
- Excavation and installation of strip, trench fill, and reinforced pad foundations
- Installation of foul and surface water drainage systems
- Laying of pipework, manholes, gullies, and associated chambers
- Backfilling and compaction to specification
- Adherence to construction drawings, building regulations, and site safety protocols
Experience:
- Valid CSCS cards for all operatives
- CPCS/NPORS certification for plant operators
- Demonstrable experience in similar groundworks projects
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to specified levels
- Own transport to site is preferred
