Responsibilities

- Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and answering questions about dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a lively dining atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and perform cleaning duties.
