Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, workflow planning, and service delivery activities
- Oversee team performance, stock coordination, supplier communication, and operational standards
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer service, and business performance
- Monitor budgets, reports, stock movement, and operational targets
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Identify process improvements to support cost control and service quality
- Prepare senior-level reports and recommendations for business leadership
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in operations management, trade supplies, retail operations, building materials, logistics, or business services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based retail, trade, or supply environment is an advantage

Pay: £60,000.00-£119,000.00 per year
