The Role
We`re looking for an Estates Performance Coordinator to support the effective management of our property maintenance and compliance activities. You`ll play a key role in coordinating information, monitoring performance, and ensuring works are prioritised and delivered effectively.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and supporting teams to make informed decisions across Estates and Facilities Management.
This is a hybrid role, and is based from our Bristol Office.
What you`ll be doing
- Identify and prioritise projects, urgent tasks, and compliance requirements arising from surveys, audits, and inspections.
- Collate and analyse information to support Regional Estates Managers in making informed decisions on statutory and property-related works.
- Ensure remedial actions from planned maintenance activities are scheduled, tracked, and managed through the Estates and FM systems.
- Support regional teams with the prioritisation and coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Monitor Estates and Safety communications to identify upcoming statutory changes and support the implementation of updated processes.
- Prepare and maintain monthly compliance reports and performance data.
What we`re Looking for in You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate, plan, and schedule multiple workstreams effectively.
- Ability to assess information, prioritise tasks, and provide clear information to support decision-making.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers, monitoring performance, and building effective working relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working within an Estates, Facilities Management, or property-related environment.
- Understanding of financial and commercial processes, including managing costs and budgets.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
- Confidence preparing reports, documentation, and performance information for stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling information securely in line with data protection requirements.
- Willingness to complete required statutory training to support the role.
