Support Worker – Surbiton (Full-Time Waking Nights and Days)
Location: Surbiton
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Located in Surbiton, our supported living service supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and behaviours that may challenge to live fulfilling and independent lives.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in providing person-centred support, helping individuals make choices, build confidence, and achieve their goals within their home and community.
Your Role
You will:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, medication, and health needs where required
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and respect at all times
- Encourage involvement in hobbies, activities, appointments, and community opportunities
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional support and reassurance
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and homely environment
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support based on individual needs and care plans
- Support with household tasks including cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry
- Complete accurate records, support notes, and reports
- Monitor and report changes in health, wellbeing, or behaviour
- Work alongside colleagues, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Follow safeguarding procedures and attend training and team meetings

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided
