Are you an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team and creating great experiences for guests?
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable Supervisor to join our team. You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the pub, supporting the team on shift and making sure every guest receives excellent food, drinks and customer service.

About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll be a key member of the team and a familiar face for our guests. You’ll help lead the front-of-house and bar teams, maintain high standards and ensure the pub runs smoothly throughout every shift.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pub during your shift.

Lead, support and motivate front-of-house and bar team members.

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guests have a great experience.

Take orders and serve high-quality food and a great range of drinks.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Open and close the pub safely and securely.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, health & safety and licensing compliance.

Support stock control, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required.

Assist with cash handling and end-of-day banking procedures.

Train, support and onboard new members of the team.

Create a friendly, positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

Step in and support management when required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Has experience working in hospitality; pub, restaurant or bar experience is preferred.

Has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Is confident leading and supporting a team.

Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

Takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Is reliable, organised and has a positive attitude.

Is comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions during a shift.

Has bartending experience (preferred).

Is willing and able to work weekends and public holidays, including busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
