We are seeking a cheerful and enthusiastic individual to embody the spirit of Christmas as Santa. This role involves engaging with children and families, creating a magical experience during the festive season. The ideal candidate will possess a warm personality, a love for storytelling, and the ability to spread joy and cheer.
Responsibilities
- Greet children and families in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Pose for photographs with visitors, ensuring each interaction is memorable.
- Listen to children's wishes and respond with kindness and encouragement.
- Maintain the traditional Santa persona, including attire and mannerisms.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold safety protocols while interacting with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or in customer service is advantageous.
- A genuine love for Christmas and the ability to convey that enthusiasm.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on friendliness and approachability.
- Ability to work during weekends and holiday season.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks for working with children.
- A suitable Santa costume will be provided; however, candidates should have a willingness to maintain the appearance associated with Santa Claus and have a real appropriate length beard (the whiter the better).
