Overview
We are recruiting female carers - preferably with good scottish culture and English‑speaking - to support our client in Paisley, PA2. In this vital role, you'll provide compassionate care and practical assistance to the client within her own home. Whether assisting with daily activities or supporting care plans, your positive attitude will be essential in delivering exceptional care every day.
Duties
- Personal care support, and application of topical creame to ensure comfort.
- 7 days per week, 30 -45 minutes per call 3 times a day
- Follow personalised care plans to meet client’s specific needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with client, and the wider care team for good support.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure all complies with standards.
- Support clients with socks dressing, light snacks and coffe/tea cup as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience working in providing home care support is desirable.
- Recording care activities, and managing documentation efficiently.
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow instructions.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills essential for building trusting relationships.
