The Role - Supply Teacher
In this role, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and complete set work
- Provide clear feedback to the class teacher at the end of the day
- Adapt lessons where needed to support all learners
- Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive classroom environment
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Previous experience of teaching in a primary school in the UK
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable
