RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining high standards in both the café and concert bar.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging staff development and exceptional performance.
- Manage inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients and specialty coffee products.
- Monitor and uphold health and safety standards, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Support the Café Manager in achieving financial targets, including cost control, budgeting, and maximizing sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bursting at the seams with passion, energy and above all, personality
- At least 1 year experience in a similar Assistant Management role
- A natural problem solver
- Comfortable with managing a team of people
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks.
