Day & Knight Bespoke Fitted Furniture Ltd is an established, family-run business specialising in the design and installation of high-quality bespoke fitted furniture. As we open our brand-new showroom, we're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Weekend Showroom Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face of our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, has great communication skills, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. No previous experience in fitted furniture is required – full training will be provided.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Talk to customers about our bespoke fitted furniture and the services we offer.
- Answer customer questions and help them understand our products.
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries and direct calls where appropriate.
- Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
- Book appointments for our design consultants where required.
- Support the team with general showroom duties.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using a computer and answering telephone enquiries.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
