Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize electronic files and records.
Schedule works both for contractors and engineers.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Process work orders and purchase orders.
Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Experience of using CRM system preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
This role will be based at our Office in Dedham and you will be required to work: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays 9-5pm
