- We are excited to offer a Supervisor position within our growing campervan and van life business. If you are passionate about camping, outdoor living, and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Based at our office and showroom in Nailsea, you will be responsible for overseeing both retail and warehouse operations, working with a wide range of campervan accessories and outdoor lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations
- Ensure smooth stock control, organisation, and dispatch processes
- Support and lead team members to maintain high standards
- Deliver excellent customer service in-store and online
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
Working Hours:
- 9:30am – 5:30pm Weekdays
- Some Saturday working required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (essential)
- Confident and responsible, able to take charge of day-to-day operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/warehouse environment
- A genuine interest in campervans, camping, or outdoor lifestyle products would be an advantage.
Location Requirement:
This role is strictly open to candidates local to the BS48 postcode area (within approximately 10 miles of Nailsea).
