We are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable shop assistant with a background in agriculture to join our team. This is a hands-on role requiring both customer service skills and practical understanding of agricultural products and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers both in person and over the phone with product enquiries and advice
- Sourcing parts to meet customer needs
- Ordering and managing shop stock
- Keeping the shop tidy, organised and welcoming
- Handling sales transactions and general shop duties
- Loading customer vehicles with goods (items may weigh 20kg or more)

- Good knowledge of agriculture (essential)
- A friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Organised and pro active approach to work
