Days required to work: Wednesday & Thursday
Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Follow all companies policies and procedures
Maintain a fully stocked store
Use of excellent communication skills to recommend and display items that match customer needs
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments & dispatch of orders
Keep up to date with product information
Requirements:
Relevant working experience in retail sales
Proficiency in English
Basic administration skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Show ability with numbers, and able to use modern computerised equipment and retail (epos) software
Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail.
Must be available to work weekends
