At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to provide mobile facilities maintenance support across Network Rail sites in the Manchester area.
Role Responsibilities

Carry out planned maintenance tasks including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing, water hygiene checks and meter readings.

Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete minor fabric, plumbing and decorating repairs.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, RAMS and permit documentation.

Support other engineering trades and undertake additional training where required.

Deliver excellent customer service whilst ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Experience in building maintenance, handyperson, facilities or janitorial duties.

Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment.

Knowledge of statutory building compliance and safe systems of work.

Full UK driving licence.

Ability to accurately record work using worksheets and computer-based systems.
