We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to client requests and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

4 hours Tuesdays(10am) and 4 hours Fridays(10am)
Parkway, Cedar Court, Porters Wood, St Albans, AL3 6PA
4 hours every Thursdays(10am)
Hourly rate £13 per hour
