Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Organise office supplies and inventory management to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
