Based in Tadley, we are a 9-hole golf course with superior function rooms that always need to be looking their best. We also have an Airbnb that we let out, which requires special attention.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency
- Handle waste disposal responsibly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and recycling protocols are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies
- Turnaround of our Airbnb on checkout days, including laundry services.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in every task
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout scheduled shifts
