Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Data Business Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in customer relationship management initiatives. In this role, you will harness your expertise in data analysis, database design, and business analysis to optimise CRM systems and deliver actionable insights. Your energetic approach will help shape strategic decisions, improve data-driven processes, and enhance our customer engagement efforts. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex CRM data sets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive business analysis documentation.
- Define the data schema required to support a single customer view (SCV).
- Specify and map the source data layer feeding into the SCV and CRM.
- Work closely with CRM and data architecture teams to translate business needs into clear technical and data requirements.
- Define what the CRM platform needs from the underlying data — structure, quality, and flow.
- Operate as a trusted consultant, liaising between client stakeholders and internal technical delivery teams.
- Produce clear, well-structured documentation covering data specifications, schema, and architecture requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and tenacious approach, and build a strong understanding of our software services.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems or related data environments.
- Hands-on experience defining data schemas and single customer view (SCV) architecture.
- Strong understanding of source data layers and how they integrate with CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a consultancy capacity, engaging confidently with client stakeholders.
- Excellent requirements-gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.

Our office is based in Southwark, walking distance from Southwark, Waterloo, Borough and Lambeth North. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm. We have a hybrid working approach which allows for a 50/50 split between home and office working.
