What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and looking after customers across the play areas and sensory room
- Running the reception desk and servery counter — tills, orders and restocking
- Taking food and drink orders and keeping seating areas clean and inviting
- Preparing ingredients and setting up (and breaking down) the kitchen
- Cooking hot and cold food from our menu
- Keeping kitchen and food prep areas clean, hygienic and safety-compliant
- Washing and correctly storing utensils
- General cleaning, including toilet checks and all customer-facing areas (playframe included) Plus, other ad hoc tasks as they come up, no two days are the same!

· Enjoy working as part of a busy team, able to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments
· Be flexible to work weekends, school holidays and busy periods
· Be willing to undertake any tasks required of the role including serving in the Café, supervising the play areas, hosting parties, cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards.
· Previous customer service experience
