Job Summary:
Mejor Web Digital Solutions Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Supervisor to coordinate digital campaigns, support the marketing team, and help deliver measurable results across online channels.
This position is suited to a motivated digital marketing professional who enjoys campaign planning, team coordination, performance analysis, and improving day-to-day marketing processes. You will work across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns within a collaborative digital environment.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the digital marketing team.
- Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign schedules, budgets, performance, and deadlines.
- Coordinate SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing activities.
- Review campaign data and prepare clear performance reports.
- Help improve website traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Work with designers, content creators, developers, and external partners.
- Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and marketing documentation.
- Support the testing and improvement of advertising and landing-page performance.
- Ensure marketing activities follow brand guidelines and agreed objectives.
- Assist with training, task allocation, and team development.
- Identify practical ways to improve marketing processes and campaign results.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or a related role.
- General understanding of digital channels such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, or content marketing.
- Good communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Comfortable reviewing campaign data and preparing reports.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or analytics platforms is helpful.
- Previous experience supporting or coordinating a team is beneficial but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Pay: £3,000.00-£4,200.00 per month
