Duties
- Assemble engine components accurately according to detailed specifications and technical drawings
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, and adjust engine parts
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety during assembly operations
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions promptly
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling mechanical parts and operating tools
- Document assembly procedures, inspections, and any deviations for quality assurance records
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of engine components and assembly processes
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers
- Experience using power tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly desirable
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise assembly work
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
