The student will be working with a number of specialists across complementary disciplines. We are now looking for an experienced sales and marketing expert to provide a focused programme exploring how businesses understand their customers, build brands, generate demand and sell effectively. This programme is intended to give the student a practical understanding of the disciplines of sales and marketing, moving beyond academic theory to explore how these functions operate in successful organisations. This is intended to be a highly interactive programme, drawing wherever possible on real campaigns, brands, sales situations, and the mentor's own professional experience.

- A sophisticated understanding of customers, audiences and buying behaviour.

- Strong understanding of brand building, messaging and how organisations communicate value to different audiences.
- Practical knowledge of lead generation and how marketing activity translates into sales opportunities.
- The ability to demonstrate how sales and marketing should work together, including how customer feedback and sales conversations can improve marketing.
Programme Objectives
The programme should give the student a strong practical grounding in the fundamentals of modern sales and marketing, while helping him develop the confidence to apply these skills himself.By the conclusion of the masterclass programme, the student should have developed a clear understanding of areas including, but not limited to:
- Understanding the Customer
- Brand & Positioning
- Marketing
- Sales Processes and Customer Retention
Proposed Structure
The structure will be developed collaboratively, with 6-week sprints of masterclasses and an additional 2 weeks for embedding and reflecting on learning.Short practical assignments between sessions are encouraged, particularly where these require the student to observe, analyse or practise real sales and marketing techniques. The programme should evolve in response to the student's interests and aptitude, allowing greater depth to be introduced in areas where he demonstrates particular curiosity or ability.
Please ensure you answer all of the screening questions, as applications submitted without responses will not be considered.
