Overview
We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication and organisation. Prior office experience and proficiency with computer applications are desirable, along with strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Assist in data entry, quoting customers and inputting onto system.
- Managing consignment status'.
- Assisting with ADRS.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Provide general clerical support.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised to promote efficiency
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including good phone etiquette
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
- Good timekeeper.
