The Role
We’re looking for a capable, all-round builder who can take a lead role on-site, stay hands-on, and help build a strong, like-minded team that takes pride in doing things properly.
You’ll be trusted to run jobs day-to-day, coordinate trades, and maintain standards — not micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day site activity on diverse heritage projects
- Ensuring Health & Safety and site organisation are maintained
- Working across a range of trades to deliver a high-quality finish
- Interpreting drawings and solving on-site challenges
- Communicating with staff and subcontractors professionally
- Contributing to a tidy, efficient, and well-run site
- Helping build and work alongside a strong, like-minded team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a multi-skilled / all-round builder
- Ability to take ownership and lead on-site when needed
- Good eye for detail and quality
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus:

- Knowledge of lime, traditional materials, or period construction

Pay: £20.00 – £30.00 per hour (Pay will vary depending on whether you are employed as salaried staff, under CIS, or as a subcontractor.)
