We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader to join Thumbswoom Mother and Baby Unit. Which is our 7 bedded acute inpatient unit for mothers and babies based at Kingfisher Court, Radlett. You will be an experienced Mental Health clinician (Registered Nurse) with excellent assessment and risk management skills who is able to embrace and drive change and innovation.
We are looking for a skilled and intuitive communicator with experience of providing leadership. You will work directly with the Service Manager who will provide support, development and direction and alongside other leadership colleagues.
You will know the importance of providing high quality supervision and of working together with staff and the wider management team in providing supportive, effective and coordinated leadership to the team in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users and carers.
