Dudes n’ Dolls is a vibrant, five-star salon, and we’re looking for a talented beautician with that extra spark to join our team.
We are currently recruiting a part-time Beautician/Beauty Therapist to become part of our fun, friendly, and professional environment. While experience at senior therapist level would be an advantage, it’s not essential—we’re more interested in finding the right personality and passion.
Our team is enthusiastic, hardworking, and genuinely loves what we do. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client care while contributing to our positive, energetic atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:
- Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications
- At least 2 years’ salon experience
Hours:
24 hours per week, plus holiday cover and is subject to increase. The hours may vary slightly during your settling in period.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in treatments such as LVL lashes, brow lamination, intimate waxing (hot wax), dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, gel polish nails, and BIAB. If you’re not yet trained in all of these, a willingness to learn is key—we’ll support your development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of treatments including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and gel polish/BIAB nail services
- Conduct skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments/products
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques
- Contribute ideas and, if you enjoy it, help create content for social media
Additional Skills:
- Strong product knowledge and confidence in recommending services
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- Professional communication and phone manner
- Leadership qualities are a bonus
