Job summary
Due to the opening of our brand new Diagnostic unit, we have some exciting opportunities; As well as the new Diagnostic Unit, you will become part of our central reception team to provide support to the Main Hospital Reception, Urgent Treatment Centre Reception and Outpatients Reception on a rotational basi; You will act as an ambassador for the service and will be the first point of contact for all visitors and telephone callers

Main duties, tasks & skills required
You will provide a comprehensive reception and administration services to include telephone duties, message taking, the use of a number of IT systems, data input and scanning; To always ensure effective communication and courtesy, supporting the multi professional team members and generally assisting in the co ordination of the smooth running of the reception area; The hours will be worked over a shift pattern between 0745-2045 up to 7 days per week; This is a Band 2 entry level position with progression to Band 3 on completion of a robust training programme
Working Pattern Three Positions available , Each post is 25 hours per week.
