We require well motivated, friendly, and outgoing person, who has an understanding of the needs of individuals providing a comprehensive person centered care to service users.
To undertake:
Reviewing of services users within agreed areas
Assessment and ongoing review of level of service provided to service users
Previous care experience is desirable but full training will be given
The ability to communicate effectively, listen, work on your own and as part of an established team is essential.
To work alongside our care team providing care in the community
You must have a car and be able to meet the travel requirements of the post. Milage allowance payment on top of salary.
