About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic OnBusiness Consultant to join our growing team.
As an OnBusiness Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing and booking accommodation on behalf of one of our major alternative accommodation clients. From hotels to self-catering properties, you'll be responsible for finding the right accommodation solutions while balancing quality, availability and cost-effectiveness.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with suppliers, clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service, often within tight deadlines and changing priorities. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships and making a difference for customers during challenging situations, we'd love to hear from you.

- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Can remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Have commercial awareness and can balance customer needs with business objectives
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Are confident using IT systems and learning new technology
- Take pride in finding solutions and delivering excellent outcomes
- Experience within travel, hospitality, accommodation booking, customer service or reservations would be highly advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- We also value a positive, can-do attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours
- 37.5 working hours per week, plus a 30-minute paid break
- Working across opening hours Monday to Saturday
- Occasional weekend and Bank Holiday cover required
- Participation in the Out of Hours phone rota on a rotational basis
- Additional remuneration provided for Out of Hours duties
Responsibilities
- Source and book accommodation for our major alternative accommodation clientSecure cost-effective and high-quality accommodation solutions
- Manage bookings accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve booking issues quickly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation suppliers
- Handle changing priorities and urgent requests with confidence
- Support other departments with bookings and overflow calls when required
- Participate in the OnBusiness and Great Little Breaks Out of Hours phone rota
