- Providing occasional cover at other Suffolk offices when required.
- Acting as a point of support and guidance for Front of House colleagues, helping to maintain an efficient and collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of tasks, and naturally leads by example.
You Will Have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in a client-facing leadership role, reception, customer service or administrative role.
- The confidence to support and guide colleagues while remaining a strong team player.
