We're looking for an experienced Children's Home Manager who shares our vision and wants the opportunity to build something truly special from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
You'll lead our home with warmth, confidence and ambition, creating a culture where children feel at home and staff love coming to work.
You'll:
- Build and inspire an outstanding team.
- Create a nurturing, therapeutic environment where young people can heal and grow.
- Lead with compassion, integrity and high expectations.
- Drive exceptional outcomes and maintain Ofsted excellence.
- Work alongside our Directors to shape the future of Living Life Care as we grow.
We're looking for someone who...
- Knows the Children's Homes Regulations inside out.
- Has experience managing or deputising within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
- Holds the Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Can lead a team through both the good days and the challenging ones.
- Believes every young person deserves someone who never gives up on them.
- Wants to leave a legacy - not just manage a service.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Children's Home Management: 2 years (preferred)
