Essential Requirements
Current registration with either the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Significant clinical experience working with patients diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
Demonstrable expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation of individuals with FND.
Strong understanding of contemporary evidence-based approaches to FND management.
Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to contribute to service development and clinical innovation.
Highly Desirable
Previous experience managing or leading a hospital, specialist healthcare service, or inpatient unit.
Experience as a Registered Manager within a healthcare setting.
Experience establishing, developing, or transforming clinical services.
Background in neurological rehabilitation, neuropsychiatry, mental health, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or related specialist services.
Experience with governance, quality assurance, CQC compliance, and operational leadership.
Teaching, training, research, or publication experience relating to FND.
