Due to the recent acquisition of an additional laser cutting machine, a vacancy has arisen for a Laser Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up the laser cutting machines according to specifications, and making adjustments where necessary.
- Loading and unloading machines.
- Operating laser cutting machines to cut parts to the required quality standards.
- Performing routine maintenance on laser machines and other equipment.
- Maintaining accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
- Adherence to the Company's ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- Compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be someone who has good attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality parts, is a team player, and has good communication skills.
Requirements :
- Experience operating a flat bed laser and/or tube laser machine would be an advantage, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- A relevant qualification would be an advantage.
- Must reside within commutable distance from Spilsby, or be prepared to relocate.
- Must live in the UK, and have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship.

- Overtime availability - paid at 1.2x hourly rate for overtime hours worked from Monday to Friday, 1.2x on a Saturday, and 1.4x on a Sunday.
