We’re proud to be Belfast’s go-to spot for ramen with a bold local twist. Our mission is simple: bring traditional Japanese flavours together with the vibrant energy and unique flair of Belfast. We are a close-knit team that values passion, genuine hospitality and consistency.
As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the Senior General Manager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £13.46 per hour.

Essential Criteria
- 1 years’ supervisor experience in a customer facing role
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
- Strong customer focus
Desirable Criteria:
- 1 years’ supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
