Coachman Caravans is a well established, family-run business that takes pride in designing and manufacturing some of the industry's finest touring caravans. We are seeking reliable Caravan Operatives and Labourers to join our team. In these roles, you will be instrumental in the assembly and setup of caravans, ensuring each unit meets quality standards and safety regulations.
These positions offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, precision, and mechanical aptitude are highly valued. Whether you've already got caravan industry experience or just eager to develop new skills, these roles provide a rewarding pathway into the caravan and motorhome manufacturing industry.
Candidates should have an understanding of caravan components and assembly processes. Previous caravan industry experience/background preferred but experience in similar industries will also be considered.
Other skill sets and abilities include, proficiency in using hand and power tools. Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and safety management systems diligently. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as excellent teamworking skills.
Core weekly hours of work are: 39 hours Monday - Thursday
Hourly rate range for the various roles: £12.86 up to £19.18.
Holidays are fixed to factory shutdowns (in line with school holidays).
These are full time, permanent positions within the factory. Also included are company pension scheme/life insurance and on site parking.
