What are we looking for:
We are actively seeking a polite, confident and friendly individual to join our team, you will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to be able to deal with the pressures of a day to day collection and delivery service in a professional working environment.
Job Description:
The role will involve loading and unloading of stock (IT, WEEE & Batteries) and carrying out deliveries and collections on the Company Vehicle – 3.5 tonne pickup. Completing delivery and collection notes will be a mandatory requirement. As well as driving you might be required to fulfil other duties within the warehouse when not driving.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Have a minimum of 12 months van driving experience over the past two years
- Have a limited record of accidents
- Have a minimal or no points on licence
- Be over 30 years of age for insurance purpose
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Physical fit and strong
- Tidy appearance, polite manner, good interpersonal
- Flexible schedule
- Able to pass a DBS Check
- ADR qualified would be beneficial but not essential
Job Types – Part-time/ Full-time
- Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week
