As a Community Care Assistant, you will support people living in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities :
- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence while ensuring clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience may include community care, care homes, hospitals, supported living, or caring for a family member
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Access to your own vehicle is preferred, although pool cars may be available
- Ability to work alternate weekends
- Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00am–2:00pm and/or 4:00pm–10:00pm
- Must have the right to work in the UK
