Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Retail sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Customer service skills and a passion for retail and beauty. This role involves supporting the Store Manager and other staff members in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.
- Serving customers and dealing with customs enquires.
- Processing cash and card payments.
- Assist the Store Manager and other staff members in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Work as part of a team and use your initiative to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of presentation within the store.
- Collaborate with management on promotional activities and merchandising initiatives.
- Keeping to store clean and tidy.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Retail Experience.
- Beauty and Skin care knowledge
- Proficient organisational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations.
- Ability to sell effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices in retail environments.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be flexible as varied shifts.
- Weekend Availability.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour

Experience:
