About the Roles
We're looking for talented HR and People professionals at all levels—from HR Administrator, HR Advisor and HR Officer through to HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR / People Manager, Head of HR and HR Director, spanning employee relations, learning and development, reward and talent. These are roles at the heart of how organisations attract, develop, support and get the best from their people.
You'll work across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development through to engagement, performance and everything in between. The role suits someone who pairs genuine care for people with commercial judgement and the discretion and influence to be trusted by managers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leaders across all people matters
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
- Advise on and handle employee relations (ER) cases with fairness and rigour
- Support or lead performance, talent, learning and development
- Own or contribute to reward, benefits and pay processes
- Drive engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment law and keep HR policy current
- Use people data and HR systems to inform better decisions
- Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation
- (For Senior roles) Set people strategy, lead the HR team and partner with the executive
What You'll Bring
Professional Expertise:
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) welcomed
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience across employee relations, the employee lifecycle and HR advisory
- HR systems / HRIS experience (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR or similar)
- People-data literacy
- A specialism or genuine appetite—ER, L&D, reward, talent, organisational development or People Ops
People & Soft Skills:
- Genuine care for people balanced with commercial judgement
- Discretion, integrity and sound judgement on sensitive matters
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- Clear communication at every level of an organisation
- Resilience and calm when handling difficult situations
- Collaborative approach across the business
Domain Flexibility:
- Roles span corporate, SME, public sector, not-for-profit, tech and professional services
- Background in any of these is welcomed; appetite to learn an adjacent sector or HR specialism valued just as much
Experience Level:
- Administrator / Advisor entry level through to 8+ years for Head of HR and HR Director
- Background in HR, people, employee relations, L&D, reward or talent
- Examples of people initiatives, ER cases or HR projects you've owned end-to-end

Pay: £28,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
