We are now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping ensure every interaction reflects our high standards. You will support customers across a range of enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and build trusted relationships that create a positive customer experience from collection to delivery.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues, service queries, and customer concerns efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal departments, operational teams and the wider network to ensure successful and smooth delivery of customers freight.
- Make proactive outbound calls to customers to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support business growth
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Monitor customer accounts and provide updates on delivery statuses where required
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
- Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest service improvements
- Support the wider customer service and operations teams where needed
- Account Administration, including accurately booking on deliveries/collections on behalf of customers
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, customer experience, account management, or logistics experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, professional approach under pressure
- Confident using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Positive attitude with a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience within transport, logistics, courier, or overnight delivery environments
