Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Clean windows of residential, commercial, and industrial properties using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Work at various heights, including on ladders or scaffolding, following safety protocols
- Ensure all windows are cleaned to a high standard, paying attention to detail and streak-free finish
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or damages promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during work activities
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required by the team or clients
Skills
- Valid driving licence preferred for transportation to various sites
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and report issues clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and carry equipment safely
- Organised with good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
