Responsibilities :
- Using MIG welding to join metal parts accurately and efficiently.
- Fabricate sheet metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to achieve the required finish.
- Conduct measurements and calculations using simple maths skills to ensure precise fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and structural integrity throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and resolve any fabrication issues promptly.
Person specification
- Previous welding experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic
