We are looking for a Care Field Supervisor to support our care teams, maintain high standards of care delivery, and work closely with management to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Field Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure the highest possible standards of care are consistently delivered
- Carry out duties in line with company policies and procedures at all times
- Liaise closely with the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager, reporting any concerns, changes, or issues relating to clients or staff
- Provide and oversee personal care, supporting clients with hygiene, dignity, comfort, and appearance
- Support clients with meal preparation, drinks, snacks, hydration, and nutrition
- Assist with daily living tasks including light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and bill paying where required
- Support or supervise medication administration, in line with care plans and your training level
- Work collaboratively with external professionals (e.g. District Nurses, GPs)
- Participate in team meetings, training, staff events, and continuous development activities
- Contribute positively to the effectiveness and culture of the Leading Care team
- Provide direct care (contact time) when required to meet business needs
On-Call Responsibilities
- Participate in the on-call rota, covering:
- One weekend per month
- One weekday per week, or as required in emergencies
Pay & Benefits
- £13.25 per hour (Weekdays)
- £13.50 per hour (Weekends)
- Mileage paid at 35p per mile (daily mileage log required)
- Discretionary, non-contractual commission scheme

- Commission payable only if employed at time of payment
Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible working between 6:00am – 10:30pm, depending on business needs
- Hours may vary to meet service demands
- Occasional additional hours may be required for the proper performance of duties
Probation Period
- This role is subject to a 6-month probation period

Office Suite 2 & 3, Tudor Barns, Brightwell Grange,
Britwell Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 8DF
- The role involves:
- Working across client homes
- Visiting other company or customer locations as required
- Domiciliary care across multiple locations
