We're growing... again!
With five thriving stores across South East London and our sixth store opening soon, we're looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser to help bring the Jumping Bean magic to every location.
At Jumping Bean, we're known for creating beautiful, inspiring spaces filled with carefully curated gifts, homeware, fashion, children's collections and seasonal treasures. Our customers love discovering something new every time they visit and visual merchandising is at the heart of that experience.
The Role
You'll work across all of our stores, creating eye catching displays that inspire customers and maximise sales. No two days are the same from designing stunning seasonal windows to refreshing shop floors and launching new collections, you'll have the freedom to be creative while maintaining the unique Jumping Bean style.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous visual merchandising experience in retail.
- Has a fantastic eye for colour, styling and detail.
- Is creative, organised and full of fresh ideas.
- Loves working with gifts, homeware, fashion and lifestyle products.
- Can work independently and manage multiple stores.
- Enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.
- Has a full UK driving licence (preferred).
What you'll do:
- Create inspiring window displays.
- Merchandise new products and seasonal collections.
- Refresh displays regularly to keep every store looking exciting.
- Work closely with the buying team and store managers.
- Help deliver a consistent but individual look across all six stores.
- Travel between our South East London locations.
