We are a reputable company who are currently working on behalf of a large housing association, we are looking for a qualified Carpenter/ Multi Trader for a permanent position to carry out work on occupied & Void Maintenance repairs and reactive repairs within Newport and surrounding areas.
You will be supplied with a van to get to and from properties. As a carpenter multi you will be required to put your hands to the following trades: Carpentry and other Trades such as Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decorating beneficial not essential.
The successful candidate will have experience working within the social housing sector.
- Clean Driving licence
- Experience working in occupied and voids properties
