Job Summary
We are recruiting an Electrical Project Manager on behalf of a well established MEP contractor based in Ascot, Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a close knit team that genuinely values and invests in its people.
You will be managing electrical projects ranging from £2 million to £5 million across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, commercial CAT A and B office refurbishments and fit outs, museums, theatres, residential and hotels across London and the South of England.
Responsibilities
- Managing electrical projects from inception through to handover
- Overseeing site teams and managing subcontractors
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Programme management and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing variations and ensuring commercial awareness throughout delivery
- Maintaining health and safety standards across all projects
- Working closely with the in house MEP design team
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within an MEP or electrical contractor
- Experience managing projects in the £1 million to £5 million range
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations within commercial, healthcare or residential environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively
- Good understanding of contract administration and project commercials
- SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification desirable
- ECS or CSCS card holder
- Commutable to Ascot, Berkshire — candidates must be based within a reasonable distance
