The Talent Specialist is a key member of YETI’s European Talent team, serving as a frontline Talent partner for managers and employees in the UK while supporting regional Talent Acquisition and core Talent processes.
The Talent Specialist balances Talent Acquisition support, employee and manager advisory, and operational execution, acting as a trusted, proactive partner who independently manages most inquiries while identifying risks early and escalating as appropriate.
Manager & Employee Support
Provide day-to-day Talent guidance to managers across varying levels, including support on performance conversations, feedback, and team-related matters
Employee Relations Support
Support employee relations matters with guidance, including issue intake, documentation, and escalation preparation
Talent Acquisition & Regional Recruiting Support
Support execution of annual and cyclical Talent processes (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, onboarding)
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Data, Insights & Reporting
Track key metrics and highlight trends related to engagement, performance, hiring, and employee relations
Cross-Functional Partnership
Process Excellence & Compliance
Focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality employee and candidate experience
Able to work a hybrid work schedule from our Bristol Office.
