Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated KP to join our team in Twenty-Two 22. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene. Duties
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Support chefs with cooking tasks as required, maintaining consistency and quality
- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic in compliance with health and safety standards
- Help with the organisation of ingredients and supplies to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
- Support serving staff during busy periods to ensure timely delivery of food to guests
- Maintain stock levels and notify management of any shortages or equipment issues
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- Contribute positively to team efforts by demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel kitchen operations is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
